Diane grew up in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Marietta College before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University.

"GO BUCKS!" After graduating, Diane worked for the Cleveland Clinic at Lorain Eye Surgeons, where she co-managed pre and post surgical cataracts, corneal grafts, and various disease cases. From there, she followed her heart to the NW where she married her husband, Dr. Jessy Manhas. Together they shared a passion of travelling and volunteering on medical missions abroad. They took that passion one step further and started their own charity, "Eyes For The World". This charity allowed them to reach more places and build a hospital in Jamaica and sponsor multiple eye surgical camps in India.

Diane works part time at the clinic and spends the rest of the time caring for her 3 young children. She enjoys travelling, gardening, skiing, biking, and golfing.
